Another Day, Another Kitachari

Seriously, it is so simple! Grains, beans, and fresh, in season veggies.

This one has fingerling potatoes, heirloom tomatoes, and the healing properties of cumin, fennel, and coriander seed, along with ginger, turmeric, and water chestnuts!

This batch will feed at least 8 people and stays good in the fridge for up to six days! Just add water to reheat!

If I can do it with a 38-40 hour work schedule, yoga school, personal chef clients, and a beautiful girlfriend, so can you!  Cheaper and healthier than eating out everyday.
